House keeping: -equipment should be kept clean and required maintenance done.

Atmospheric Condition - the room should be at good temperature with fresh air flowing.

Noise: both external and internal noise should be kept within reasonable levels.

Lightning: lightning should be sufficient and set up so as not to reflect off the screen.

Decor: should be pleasant and relaxing.

Printer and location : away from the user to reduce noise and smell.
